Shipping Information
Free Shipping Across Canada
All orders ship FREE across Canada using Canada Post. We keep things simple and sustainable with minimal packaging.
At this time we do not ship to other countries.
Processing & Delivery Time
All subscriptions ship between the 1st and 7th of each month via Canada Post. Most orders arrive within a week, but delivery to remote areas may take a little longer. Please contact us if your order has not arrived by the 21st of the month.
In the rare case of postal delays or strikes, we appreciate your patience and understanding. We'll always do our best to keep you informed.
Subscription Management
Auto-Renewal
All subscriptions renew automatically. Monthly subscriptions renew every month, while prepaid subscriptions renew after the prepaid period ends for the same amount of months. Access your subscription dashboard at least 3 days before the end of the month (or period) to turn off auto-renewal.
Update Shipping Address
Moving? You can update your shipping address anytime through your account dashboard. Make sure to update it at least 3 days before the end of the month to ensure delivery to the correct address.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Timing
Cancellations must be received at least 3 days before the end of the month in order to avoid being billed for the next period. Email us or access your account dashboard to cancel your subscription.
Refunds
We want you to be happy with your purchase. Please review the following policy regarding cancellations, refunds, and returns.
All refunds must be requested by email and are subject to a 5% administrative fee to cover credit card processing and other related costs.
Activity packs may be returned for a refund if:
- They are in re-sellable condition, and
- They are received within 2 months of the original ship date.
If you have prepaid for 3 or more months, you may ask for a refund for the unused portion. Any activity packs already shipped will be deducted from your refund at the standard monthly rate, as follows:
- Full Activity Pack Subscription: $30 per pack
- Booklet Only Subscription: $21 per booklet
Example
You prepaid for a 6-month Activity Pack Subscription ($144 + tax). After receiving 2 activity packs, you decide to cancel.
Your refund will be calculated as follows: $144 – (2 × $30) = $84 + tax, minus the 5% administrative fee.
If you used a 10% discount code when purchasing, the same discount applies to the value of the shipped packs (2 × $27 = $54).
